2-21-09 Jen sings at VAT Spring Festival

This is where proud parents get to show off the talent of their little girl. Jennifer was asked to sing the National Anthem during the Vietnamese Alliance of Tucson's Spring Festival. Jen donned a traditional Vietnamese dress called Ao Dai. She was so beautiful! Enjoy the photos and the singing (all you have to do is double click on the photos, then you'll be able to hear Jen)!

2-16 to 2-16, 2009 Kris visits St. David, AZ

Remember the snow from the last blog? Well, check out the clouds on the first photo, that's one day after the winter storm! So we moved a whopping 7 miles from Benson to St. David! While we were here, Kris came to visit with her boyfriend, Brian and the kids. I loved having them and wouldn't mind more visits (hint, hint Kristina). On the first day, we went to the horse races and didn't do too bad, at least we didn't loose any money, that's always a good thing! Enjoy the pictures.

2-4 to 2-10, 2009 Benson, Az

Hello,
If you notice, in the photos, there are a few differnet things that went down during our stay in Benson. First, we drove across the mountain on the Middle March road, it was very slow going and the BAT mobile got very dirty! It was worth it though to see it once. Next, Stacey's sister Anne came down from Indiana to visit for a weekend and we got to show off our "home". It was a great visit, but too short, so next time, we'll have to take our home to Indiana to visit her! (I promise Anne, one of these days). Then, on moving day, we had a winter storm overnight and see what we woke up to! It was beautiful. I'm glad we didn't have to get going too early, as we had to wait for things to thaw out a little before we could move. Notice Brad shoveling snow off the slid out roofs, that's a first! Have a great day everyone! Have fun with the photos.

2-1-09 Superbowl & B-day party

Welcome to the new year! On February 1st, we had a combination of the Superbowl (Arizona - 23 vs Pittsburg - 27), Papa's Birthday and Jacki's Birthday. The day was filled with good eats (where dad made his famous meatballs in a football), good company, and a great game (AZ has nothing to be ashamed of!). Enjoy the photos.
